This page explains, in plain words, how the data of visitors to studioferragina.it is handled, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data this website collects

This is a showcase website: no reserved areas, no sign-up, and no cookies, neither first- nor third-party, no analytics, no profiling. That's why there is no cookie banner. Your browser may keep a few display preferences locally, on your device only (the colour you chose, the language notice, and whether you've already seen the opening animation): they are never sent to anyone.

Contact form, WhatsApp and Fiverr

The form on the Contact page and the configurator on the Pricing page send nothing to this website and store nothing: they compose a message and open it in your WhatsApp app, where you decide whether to send it. From then on the conversation happens on WhatsApp, a Meta Platforms service, under its privacy policy. The "Order on Fiverr" and "Find me on Fiverr" buttons take you to Fiverr, which handles data under its own privacy policy; this website receives nothing from Fiverr.

The data you send me through WhatsApp, email or Fiverr (name, business, contact details, message content) is used only to reply to you and, if you decide to work with me, to manage the job. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). I keep it for as long as needed to handle the request and any legal obligations, and I neither share it with third parties nor use it to send you advertising.

Hosting and technical data

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which, to serve it and protect it from attacks, temporarily logs technical data such as IP address and browser information. Cloudflare acts as a data processor under its privacy policy. I have no access to this data in identifiable form.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Changes

If the website changes, for example by adding analytics or other services, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
